    The plugin backs up all the files on your server. So If it’s in your App folder, it’s on your server.

    I would locate and delete the file from your server and sanity check your WP install.

    Found and deleted it on the server, any idea how it got there?

    For other readers, I also needed to delete it from Dropbox

    Unknown. It takes only one insecure blog on a shared host to be compromised and allow an attacker to access all blogs on it.
