    First, you should move to 4.0.1. Second, there is no virus in the distribution. Third, there is such a thing call false positive with these virus scanners (of course there are also false negative but that’s a different story).

    If your copy is infected, it happened after the fact and you should download again from www.ads-software.com. Please don’t post baseless comment. If you have prove (other then relying on one virus scan), I would like to know as I’m sure as hell can’t find any virus of any sort in the 3.11.3 package.

    I’ve recently seen the same false positive for this plugin using ClamAV. Might be worth contacting them to see what it is in your code that’s matching their database and what can be done to avoid the false positive.

    I might do that if ClamAV claims that PostTeaser is infected with virus but the OP did not mention what antivirus was use that gave the false positive for PostTeaser.
