Visa is not Allowed

    Hi after the latest update we are getting VISA IS NOT ALLOWED when we put in a VISA CARD. But still we are able to checkout.

    What could be the issue? Users are complaining

    Visa is in Allowed Card Brands

    Hi there,
    We have tested the flow after this query with a real Visa card and payment just went fine. We have also several sites we run using our own product and we see payments coming from Visa. We are ourselves on version 1.8.1.

    Transactions denied can be a common failure reason.

    The reason would more details in the logs. Would you be able to send us a support ticket and refer this thread.

    There would also be some information in Order Notes for failure reason by Stripe. In any case, we will be able to figure out quickly.

    Hi @wyamout

    We have identified the issue. The issue was with inline credit card form style. We have done the fix. Kindly update to the latest version.

    Also recommend you to update the form style to ‘Enhanced Payment Element’ as thats the new credit card field experience that is widely used.
