Visibility Control

    Hi, When visibility control is set to “Device type is any of selected – Mobile”, it only shows content for the first 24hr before the plugin stops working. When the site is updated, the plugin and circumstances reset – once again working before all updating to show blocks prior to the visibility updates. How can i resolve this issue?

    Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to know about the issue you’re experiencing.

    • Do you know if you’re running Redis cache on any server? You might need to ask your hosting provider.
    • Do you recall the first time you noticed the issue? Did you do a major update to your site or servers around that time?
