I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with Hustle but each of our releases goes through QA test before the release, and while things can slip through sometimes, I’ve tested the Page and Post visibility rules and they are working fine on my installation.
It seems that there’s something specific on your installation causing this issue, or that the rules aren’t configured properly.
Either way, we would like to investigate this further and see how we could get it to show on your site properly.
Can you please start a support ticket about this issue so we can check it out further.
Please include export of your Popup by going to Hustle > Pop-ups and select the Export option by clicking on Gear icon next to your popup.
You can upload that export to any file sharing service like GDrive or Dropbox and share it in your ticket.
