Sadly I don’t think this plugin will ever do what we require of it, and now it seems with the latest version of DIVI we have lost the input section as well.

I see many unanswered support questions now as well so assume it is no longer going to be supported.

Such a shame as I had high hopes for this plugin and we just couldn’t get it working from our previous posts.

This plugin is still supported. However, we are unable to reproduce this issue.

With only this plugin installed and activated and the current Divi and WordPress versions (at the time of this writing Divi 4.5.1 and WordPress 5.4.2) the Content Visibility input field shows up under Advanced -> Visibility and works as expected in our own tests.

If you could please disable all plugins except Content Visibility for Divi Builder, clear your browser and site caches, and then see if it works, that would be helpful. If it does, locating the problematic plugin by turning the deactivated ones back on one by one would be SUPER helpful! ??

Thanks for the reply Jonathan, like the other poster, I disabled the plugin, deleted the plugin, reinstalled the plugin, and once again the visibility section is once again displaying.

Probably just one of those quirks with WordPress sometimes.

I would like to reach out to you and ask if you would be able to look directly into my website and an issue that we are having with configuring the plugin. I have extensively attempted to make it work without success as yet on a custom post type that has around 2000 entries on our site, and if we can get it to work, it would then be used on another template that has around 5000 pages.

    Many thanks

    Hi @stevegayler,

Glad it’s working now for you! (although we would Love to be able to ensure this never happens again, it has been pretty difficult to pinpoint the root cause without a reproducible case…)

As far as customized support, we are able to supply that at times, depending on the size and severity of the issue. Usually smaller issues we can resolve free of charge, though larger ones would incur a cost.

If you would like to proceed, please reach out to me directly at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue and any pertinent login credentials and I will take a look and provide an estimate.

    Thank you!
