I went to add a new widget to my site today and discovered that the Visibility button is gone on all widgets and thus I can’t set the new widget to only appear on certain pages.

I just updated Jetpack but that did not resolve the issue.

The existing widgets are behaving as they should based on previous settings.

I have checked and I do have the setting turned on.

Also, I am using Classic Widgets not Block. I cannot do Block wdgets as they don’t work well in our design.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello, there.

Would you be able to try disabling all other plugins except for Jetpack to see if the issue continues? If everything looks normal while doing so, then you can switch on each other plugin one by one until you see the problem happen again.

If you still see the issue even with all other plugins disabled, could you also try switching out your theme for a more minimalistic one (such as Twenty Twenty Two) while only Jetpack is active to make sure this isn’t some sort of theme conflict?

Please let us know the results of the above troubleshooting and we can go from there. Thanks!

I cannot switch themes or turn off my widgets without messing up my website, which I need for my business. This isn’t an unknown issue….
