Visibitly "Toggle" not showing up

  • Hallo there,

    I installed your plugin in the hope to finally have found the holy grail to my problems, but it won’t work.
    I am using the pretty popular enfold theme and need to toggle menu items depending on the page or subpage.
    That should work perfect with this, but it won’t show.

    What can it be? Could a german wordpress installation be the problem?

    Please reply quick! This is urgent…
