VisibleIf JS conficting with Contact Form 7

I have the latest version of both WP & CF7. I found a JS script online that allows me to hide inputs etc based on other form elements & wrote a short plugin that just adds this script to the header.
With this script included CF7 does not send, the small ‘loading’ circle just spins continuously – even on forms where I have not utilized the script – it just has to be incuded in the header (ie my plugin activated) to cause the problem.
I’m new to PHP & don’t know JS at all – is there anyone that can have a look & see why/where the problem is? I’ve put my plugin here:
