Visit figures are inaccurate

  • My number of visitors shown is suddenly down by about 50%. The problem started on March 21, 2019. I have installed the latest version of Statistics. Please advise, thank you.

    OK, just had a techie give advice here! If you are referring to the “Use cache plugin”, it is not turned on. thank you.

    We’ve many improvements in the last update, please check for a 1-week timeframe

    same problem here, after plugin update on 30.03.! visitor number is stable, but page views dropped about 50% (no caching plugin)
