    I wanted point everyone looking for help to our Docs site with a lot of FAQ and Support articles available that may help you with common questions, issues, or customizations. Please visit:

    and common Mailchimp articles here:

    We will happily create new articles as needed based on real support discussions.

    Feel free to create a support thread here for the free plugin, or use the Contact link in the upper right to open a private support ticket with us, which is useful to be able to send us login info or send us test Mailchimp emails to use in troubleshooting or styling assistance.

    The Contact form is also required to be used for any Premium plugin support, please do not create a support thread here, the moderators will close it if your thread mentions the premium version.
