    On my dashboard, the option to “Visit Store” has disappeared; however, “Visit Site” is still there and working fine.

    Additionally, when I try to go to Dashboard > Woocommerce > Settings, I get the message, “This site can’t be reached.” I don’t know if these two are related or not.

    I am trying to set up a store, using www.ads-software.com and Woocommerce, but don’t really know what I am doing. In the process of trying to configure my pages, I have been monkeying around with different settings, so it is probable that I have ‘shot myself in the foot,’ causing the above-listed problems.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @rayzen1

    Missing “Vist Store” from the WP Admin bar could be a result of WooCommerce not being active or caused by a theme or plugin conflict. As a first step, confirm that WooCommerce is still enabled. If so, try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue.

    If so, then re-enable each one at a time until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    @rayzen1,

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
