Visitor country and city not showing

I have noticed that the visitor country and city information is not showing up on my WP Statistics dashboard.

I have checked the settings in WP Statistics and everything seems to be in order, but still, the country and city data is not being displayed. I have also checked to ensure that my website is not blocking any IP addresses, but this doesn’t seem to be the issue.
