Visitor messages deleted when browsing

    Hi,
    When my visitors are browsing on my website, messages are deleted when they go from one page to the next, while I still can see the whole conversation on the dashboard. What can I do so that visitors can go to multiple pages and still see the full conversation?

    Hello, this is an unexpected behavior. By default the plugin should always keep the conversation when visitors are browsing your website. This could be related specifically to your wordpress installation. Do you have other plugins installed? Which ones? Do you have some specific cookie or session settings?
