Visitor multi rating is not working

I have a problem with the visitor multi-ratings. When I add it to a post it displays but only lets one visitor vote. After one person votes the submit button deactivates and it displays ‘thank you for voting’ to all visitors, even visitors who have not voted yet.

The single visitor vote does not have this issue and works perfectly fine, but I would much rather use the multi-set.
