Visitors City unbekannt

    Hello I have now had 17 visitors to my homepage since I reinstalled WP-Statistic last week. These visitors all come from Germany, but according to Daily Visitor Hash they are all from different cities. Is there any setting in WP Statistics that I need to make so that the cities are shown to me? Surely it can’t be the case that all these visitors come from “unknown cities”? But according to Visitors City, the visitors who come from the USA also come from unknown cities. I suspect I missed some setting. Unfortunately, I can’t figure out what this could be. I would be very thankful for help.
