“Visitors” doesn’t show the users

I updated the plug-in, but unfortunately the problem isn’t fixed.

Please remember that the upcoming update will only solve problems for new visitors, not for existing users.

Have you seen the issue for new visitors?

It seems that (most of) the new users are visible. But I’ve more then 300 existing users. I can’t go and delete those users and add them again as new users. Is there a solution for this?

Yeah, this is the solution at the moment.

That doesn’t work for us. Can we expect a different solution in which all existing users also become visible?

Unfortunately it still doesn’t work. The column “users” is still mostly empty.
