Visitors Locked Out

Be careful with this plugin. We had it (latest version 3.8.8) installed on three different sites with firewall disabled and 100% of our visitors were blocked out for days. It won’t lock you out if you’re logged in as admin. So, to test fully, log completely out of your admin and delete your cookies and cache. Then try it your front end. If you get the access limited 503 error then you’re being blocked and potentially all of your traffic as well. I’ve contacted support but when they found out I was using the free version they stopped responding to my emails so not sure if they’re going to address it or not but they do know about it.
