Visitors Posting Events

Hi

I like the Plugin, but the only downside is that the visitor can only post events via the ADD EVENTS button which takes them to the back end after they login.

For some reason the the wordpress left admin panel is visible (only Jetpack & Classifieds)but when clicked it says permission not allowed, and also the wordpress top menu bar is visible.

Is there another way the visitor can post an event without doing it via the wordpres panel? or if not then how can I stop a subscriber seeing the admin panel and menu bar?
