visitors registering for blog

I read somewhere that people can register for notification of new articles on my site through the META widget. So far what I see on the meta widget is Site Admin, Log in/out (me), Entries RSS, Comments RSS, www.ads-software.com. Is the registration form (just a user name and email) one of these and if so then which onez?? Can I seperate the registration form from the rest of the meta widget so it is clear that it is for visitors?? How would I do that?

Any help will be most appreciated. BTW, any suggestion on site improvement would also be very welcomed.
