Visitors select options from list

Is there a plugin or other way (by coding, etc) to, for example, present a list with radio buttons or checkboxes and visitors to the page where the list is can only select 1 option from the list then that option is not available (grayed out, etc) to the other visitors? Essentially, I want my visitors to only pick 1 option from the list and for all the previously picked (clicked) options to be unavailable to be clicked/unclicked.
