Firstly, let me congratulate you on creating a very useful and unique plugin. I’ve tested it on my website (a historical text archive) and it largely worked out of the box.

Sadly, i cannot at present use it in a live environment because it also reads the css coding added by visual composer. Since a large part of modern themes use this plugin by default, i figured i’d let you know.

Also, i’ve noticed that your demo seems to have problems with abbreviations (i’ve instead of i have) as it reads the two parts as separate words.

Anyway, keep up the good work!

    Hey Dacai,

Thanks for the compliments and your feedback!

    I just released version 1.5.1.
In this version the Visual Composer tags are removed from the reader.

Dealing with the abbreviations is a pain in the ass… There are so many of them!

Anyways, I hope you can use it in your live environment now!

    peace,
    Rolf

Thank you for your quick response. I can confirm that the plugin no longer conflicts with visual composer. If i could make one more suggestion; i feel you could quite easily boost the usability of rocket reader by implementing a wordpress shortcode.

I realize that many developers frown upon the practice, but since most users are not developers (or even designers) they would likely welcome the freedom to determine where the rocket reader button is displayed.

Well, just my two cents. Thanks again for your fast handling of the visual composer issue.
