• Hi. I use the Visual Composer plugin as a component of the Ibuki theme. We are in the process of moving a locally hosted site to a remote server, and there are a lot of hyperlinks manually entered in Raw HTML elements within the visual composer, which will need to be altered to point to the new domain. When I look in the database, it appears that all of the HTML has been encoded into strings of letters and numbers, making a typical search-and-replace impossible. Does anyone know how (or why) Visual Composer does this, and if there is a way to search-and-replace sitewide within the HTML?

    Thanks!

  • I am also having the same trouble. It is very difficult to migrate from a development server to a live server without the ability to do a search and replace.

    I’m having the same problem.
    Anyone solved this?

Bump. I’m having the same problem. It’s really a pain when you’re moving a large site. Raw HTML boxes don’t get edited when doing a search and replace.
