Visual Composer Suddenly Not Working

I have googled this problem and it seems strongly associated with WP 3.9.1.

I imagined it, since last customizr changes couldn’t cause any issue to Visual Composer…
Anyway to be sure, change theme for a while (tweentyfourteen for example) and see if the problem occurs.

Same issue here. I tried all the posted solution and nothing worked. I deleted the theme and reinstalled and all worked again.

Switching the WP Edit plugin off fixed it for me.

Found my issue with this. In my ‘user profile’ settings I had check-marked the ‘disable visual whatnot’ box. Unchecked it; not it works
