visual composer vs limit access to page sections

    There’s any way to use this plugin with wp bakery page builder (visual composer) ?

    I need restrict some areas of my page and I’m trying to add the shortcodes like this:

    But it not works… it just write in html code the shortcode!

    How can I fix this?

    Did you find a solution?

    It looks like Visual Composer has an element to render shortcodes: https://visualcomposer.com/help/content-elements-structure/wordpress-shortcode-element/
    but unfortunately it does not look like it supports a shortcode that has open and closing tags.

    Hi Joachim,

    Yes, you right I already try this feature of visual composer, but the big problem using page builders is to work with shortcodes that has closing tags!

    Did you imagine any solution to work with this?

    Maybe create a feature to add two widgets to add in visual composer the start and the end, the start is a shortcode that we can add all parameters, and the end is just the close tag and we can drag in any place and when the page is rendered it will work like an normal page!
