Visual content editor not showing

Hi

Since some days the visual content editor and toolbar is not showing. The content is there in the text mode. This problem persist even after deactivating all the plugins and choosing another template. However, sometimes It gets visible. I could not find solution. Pleas help me. My site is Planmoneytax.com
