One question at a time, please. Have you tried:

– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

– re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

– increasing the available memory?

hmmm this sounds difficult… is there any plugins that tend to cause this problem

Lots. And when you start adding up the various plugin permutations and factor in theme conflicts, the list could be huge. Deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem – WordPress Troubleshooting 101.

As long as you stay away from the wp-content folder, it won’t affect your blog at all. All of your blog’s content is stored elsewhere in the database.
