Visual editor default?

This plugin works fine for me with v4.0 of WordPress.

However, by default neither the Test or Visual Editors are enabled. You have to click one of the tabs to get the input box. Is there any way to make the Visual editor the default enabled when a member goes to post rather than having to click a tab?
