Visual Editor Disappeared / TinyMCE issue

The ability to edit blocks in anything but code / text view has disappeared from page builder on my client’s site sometime after the last few WordPress core updates. I tried the fix suggested here: https://www.onyxsolution.com/how-to-fix-wordpress-and-aqua-page-builder-visual-editor-issue/ but it did not help. Please advise.
