Visual Editor disappearing

  • Hi

    I am adding images and text in the visual editor. When I save the widget it disappears. It’s still there – I can see it in the text editor.. and the widget on the page is working. But the visual editor is empty… if I refresh the page it reappears – only until I resave – then it’s gone again. I can refresh each time, but this is not ideal – anyone got any ideas?

    Hi there,
    it’s probably a javascript conflict with another plugin. Please follow the troubleshooting guide in our FAQ to locate the source of the problem, and then report it back in this topic.

    I have the same problem. After saving my visual editor changes, the text is white (#fff) and my image is in the visual partof that plugin in html (<img></img>) instead of the picture.

    Does the problem occur both in widgets settings screen (under Appearance) and in Customizer?

    And I have the same issue. Bloom plugin is the culprit. Just in the hopes you may find that information useful. Because I love your plugin, I’ll follow to see what happens ??

    I’m having the same problem .. the Visual Editor just disappear and I can’t see any images or whatsoever. I installed the new version 2.2.8 but still the same … dunno what is interacting with it ??

    I found by me a plugin that interfered with this plugin and deleted the other plugin because I never used it anyway .. now everything is running as it should be .. love your plugin

    I am having the same problem and have determined that confict is with Simple Word Press Membership plugin.

    If I deactivate plugin all is fine.
    Is there a solution?

    Visual Editor within PageBuilder:

    When creating a new page that has not been saved, you can not click into a PageBuilder block and use the Visual Editor, you can use the Text Editor.

    However upon after saving the page, you can go back in edit mode and see it content in visual mode.
