Visual Editor is missing after updating the wordpress to 4.1

One of my team member update the wordpress to 4.1 the other day. After the updation visual editor is missing on new posts and edit post.
I have checked this issue on three different browser, but still facing it.
I have enabled SCRIPT_DEBUG. Issue doesn’t resolved.
After that i deactivate all the plugins, but problem still exist.
So what should i do now to resolve the issue?
