Visual Editor Not Functiong

Hi, I am running visual editor 4.5.1 (just updated) and newest version of headway themes (donnamilham.com). I have switched to 2016 theme, made all plugins inactive and the visual editor on posts/pages is not functioning.

I don’t have an .htaccess file in wp-includes (as one person suggested deleting)

I changed the plugin folder name in my file manager and then logged into the account, then changed the folder name back and reactivated plugins with no success. Now one of the plugins isn’t working properly and I still don’t have visual editor on my client’s site.

This has to get working, so I can update my client’s website. Am running same theme & wordpress 4.5.1 on other sites without this issue. Please help!
