• HI all,

We have this problem on our sites – the visual editor is not saving after you do changes on the post content. This only happens on MAC – all browsers.

But its working on Windows – all browsers, does anyone had the same issues?

    These are the errors :

    Uncaught TypeError: a.wp._createToolbar is not a function…

    if view more details :

    (anonymous function) @ plugin.min.js:1
    more errors on tinymce…

I have done adding this on wp-config file :

    define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false ); – still no effect…

    hi James,

Yes that was the same versions they have.

Thanks a lot for giving us time to fix this error.

    Much appreciated it..

Do they run any ad or tracking blockers?

    no they dont…

Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme for your version of WordPress to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Hi James,

I tried switching and deactivating all plugins. But unfortunately visual editor is still not saving the changes.

I’m sorry to say I can’t reproduce the issue with any of my browsers, and I’m really out of ideas for this one. Hopefully someone else has some ideas.
