Visual editor not working on articles

  • I have a problem with my WordPress!
    Suddenly, few days ago my visual editor (and text, and image upload function ) stopped working! I re-installed WordPress, update my themes and my plugins, deactivated my plugins, still not working! What can I do ?

    define(‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true);
