Visual Editor – some tools disappear

Hi all,
Just upgrade and found some tools on Visual Editor disappear such as;
Justify
Underline
decrease indent
increase indent
etc.Please advise how to get them back? Thanks

The editor has been changed in v4.7. Please see the “Not a Bug” section here:
