Visual Editor, Text Editor both missing

I have tried new widgets (tiny mice) and checking to see if there is a conflict but there is no way to write and: change colors, indent and a few other things I had been using. I do not know what I did to change the ability to do these things, but I CANNOT CONTINUE to work on this web site without the good old visual editor and text editor. Please help me.
