• For a client I updated WordPress to 3.9.1 this weekend. I also updated all the plugins. So far so good. This morning my client called with a problem. In Internet Explorer the (tiny)MCE container in the visual editor is completely white; the icons are gone and when you put text in the the “text”tab next to the wysiwig and go back to the wysiwig, you see nothing. I checked all my plugins but when I deactivate the EBS plugin, the wysiwig section comes back to life.

Again this problem only relates to IE. I re-installed the plugin with the latest version but had no luck. Can you please look into this?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hey, anybody ??

So again: the user cannot get a cursor inside the wysiwig editor. It blocks the cursor and the EBS icons are not visible.

Extra info is that this only happens with IE 9.
Can you please look into this?

    Thanx.

Thanks for the reply! It’s a big problem for me (and the client ..) and I already started to look for an alternative but I really like your plugin. Have you already seen what I mean? Do you know if the same problem goes for you PRO version? Otherwise I will buy this immediately ??

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Hi,

We have tested the plugin with IE9 and we have not found any issue. You can use the Pro version too which have lot of other features too.

    Thanks

    Hi,

thanks for looking but the bug is very much real: https://trollytown.nl/ebs2.png

I installed your plugin long before I updated to 3.9.1 and the shortcode is active on dozens of pages so I cannot simply de-activate it.

I started de-activating other plugins but had no luck, when i de-activate EBS, the wysiwyg editor returns. Tried jquery update, tried compatibility view for IE 9 but that did not have any effect either.

Is the plugin using Flash to visualize the content?

Can you please take a second look?
