visual edtor options

    I have two admin users.

    When I view the add/edit post page with user “admin” I see two rows of tool icons for the visual editor.

    When I view the add/edit post page with “user2” I only see on row of tool icons for the visual editor. Half the other tools are missing…

    Users have identical permissions – both administrators.

    Where did the tools go? I can’t figure out how to enable/disable them.

    Any help would be appreciated.
