Visual Form Builder email not working

Hey there,

I’m new to this, so please bear with me.

I set up Visual Form Builder correctly, all the test submissions are being collected in the plugin, but no emails are being sent to recipient. I have set the “email to” to myself as a test and have selected to include a copy of the form with the email.

Is there something I’m not seeing in the plugin or in WordPress that is preventing these emails to go out?
