I’m building a website for a church. I’m using visual form builder for emails. If I click on “Entries” I can see potentially sensitive email content. Is there a way to block the entries from being seen by anyone including the administrator? I’m thinking I could find the “entries” link in the php file and just delete it.

Is there a better way? Are there any potential problems that I’m not foreseeing by eliminating this ability?

  • Why would you want to block the entries from the administrator? Currently, the administrator roles are the only way someone would even be able to build, edit and delete the forms, much less see the entries.

You are welcome to delete the link to the entries page, but you will have to remember to do so each time you update the plugin.

The problem is that as the church’s website manager I should not be able to see email content that is going to our pastor’s. Some if this could be quite sensitive and confidential.

Since I’m just not trying to keep myself out but future administrators, knowing that it comes back with an update will not fix the problem. I’ll have to find a differ plugin or software. Thanks.

Is there a way to format the entries and put them on a blog page.

I am looking for a way for users to enter information that will be available for everyone and sortable on specific fields.

I can’t seem to view any entries? Says there are 0. Please help!
