Visual Posting Tab Not Working

    Since I have downloaded 2.8 and 2.8.1 my visual posting window is different. The easy buttons are no longer available (bold, link, center) and when I load pictures I can no longer see them in my posting window before I publish.

    HELP!!!
    Any thoughts?
