Visual Tab in Post Not Working

I transferred a WP website from a subfolder to the main domain after all of the work was done on it. There were some glitches that needed fixing and were fixed by the hosting company. There is one more that I noticed and I’d like to fix it myself, if I can.

When editing a post the content box is stuck on Text. When I try to click the Visual tab, it does not work. Can anyone tell me what file this is affected by and how do I fix it?

I can select the Visual tab, and it highlights, but it does not click over to visual and stays on Text (HTML).
