Hope someone can explain what’s happened to my WordPress.
Since I did the automatic update to v3.5, the visual/HTML editor is disabled for new posts and editing old ones.
Tried the suggestions – deactivated plugins and reactivated, reinstalled WP.
I’m not running any of the plugins which seemed to be the trouble for others as reported on the forums.
Really crazy thing is WordPress seems to work fine on my iPhone, just not on my Mac.
    I’m running OS X 10.6.8, and Safari v5.1.7.
Cleared cache, reset Safari – still not working.
    Any suggestions, folks?
    Cheers,
    JO

    Back again.
    May have fixed it.
    Running a Wootheme, Canvas.
Updating the theme to newest version may work, but I found actually updating the framework via the theme options/framework/update framework option fixed the specific visual editor glitch.
I’ll be updating the theme anyway.
Cheers, hopes this helps someone else.

It didn’t go anywhere. It has been renamed to text.
