• hi, we are writing to request help regarding a problem we’re having with the product filter. In particular, the problem manifests itself when I use the filter to select a specific category of products, for example “jeans”. The filter works correctly in the sense that the products are filtered and displayed as expected, however, immediately after applying the filter, it disappears from the screen. This anomalous behavior only occurs with this specific type of filter. I tried deactivating other plugins and changing the theme to check for conflicts, but the problem persists.
