Visualizer charts in slider

I’ve created my chart and copied the shortcode to royalslider which is then shortcoded to a page “Welcome” displayed on the index page where I can choose to show/hide it.

When I first did my Visualizer chart it worked & it appears to work (just once) after each time I resave my chart then it just dissapears from the slider.

I’ve tried messing with the settings, disabling plugins, etc.
