visualizer doesnt show charts

    I work with the vizulaizerplugin and it doesnt show my charts

    i added the code and the shortcode to the pagelike this:

    start image

    [visualizer id=”1276″]

    stop image

    i between start and stop is a big gap where the chart should be but it doesnt show the chart

    Hi @bjung,

    Do you use a standard WordPress editor or some custom plugin to insert the widget?

    If it’s a custom plugin, could you please tell me the plugin that you are using?
    Also, what type of chart you are using, could you send a screenshot of how it’s rendered in the backend?
