Visualizer Free version charts not editable

    The free version charts Area and Column are not editable in the free version of the plugin. That is strange because they are in the list of free charts. If you try to edit an existing column chart you get the message “In order to edit premium charts, benefit from updates and support for Visualizer Premium plugin, please renew your license code or activate it“. But they were free.

    You are able to create a free Area and Column chart. But when try to edit the chart, you receive the message of the premium charts.
    I read on other post that there was no change in the list of free charts. So there is a problem in the plugin related to an update.

    Thank you for using Visualizer and for reaching out to us!

    I apologize for any confusion. Both the Area and Column charts have been part of the premium charts for a long time; it is not a change introduced by the latest release. The warning you mention occurs because you use the free version, which doesn’t give you access to the premium features/charts.

    Charts Area and Column are in the list of free charts as shown under “Add new chart”. So they are not Premium.

    Thanks for reaching out! I apologize for any confusion regarding the charts. As mentioned in our documentation here, Free Charts Library, these charts are not included in the premium version.

    Additionally, the document was last updated in 2023, so this isn’t a recent change.
