visualizer tab does not show with add media

I’m having the same issue as well. It happened fairly recently too. I was able to see the add media visualizer for a few weeks and then it disappeared. The chart I am displaying disappeared on my website as well… just a blank white space now. Tried reinstalling but same issue.

I installed RJ QuickCharts plugin. It works for my needs right now but I don’t think it has the capabilities of Visualizer.

Yeah I checked out RJ QuickCharts, definitely has less capabilities than Visualizer. I ended up taking a print screen and cropped the graph in the Visualizer editor, then added it as a picture on the pages where the chart is supposed to go. Temporary band aid fix, but works okay for now until I can figure out what’s going on…

Have you tried disabling all other plugins and see if one of them is causing the problem? Thanks!

I thought about it. But it is time-consuming. So QuickCharts is good enough for the time being.

I really don’t don’t consider it resolved. I don’t have a fix to my real problem. It would be good to know if you have a list of plugins that might cause a problem. At least I would have a place to start.

I’ve reached to this thread looking for answers, and I did.

1.5.5 version of this plugin DOES show the “Visualizations” section at the left side of the Add Object media uploader in posts/pages

1.5.6 version DOES NOT show that section.

Looking for differences between source codes I’ve been unable to find why one of them works and the other one does not, but you still can use the 1.5.5 version until the devs fix this isssue ’cause the only difference between them is which Google script is used to render the charts.
