Vogue Child – woocommerce shop sidebar disappears (and other problems)

I’m using the Vogue theme by Kaira and installed the official child theme.

I noticed that when I activate the child theme, the sidebar on the woocommerce shop page disappears and returns only if I reactivate the parent theme.

Also, when the sidebar does show, the sidebars seem to stay on the right side even if I use Left Sidebar.

Any help would be appreciated.
