Vogue Theme and Enhanced Text Widget

  • Hello,
    I am trying to load a badge from a site onto my website, however I have followed the extensive instructions from the company; which included installing the Enhanced Text Widget plugin, however, the badge has not installed; nothing is displayed when the html code is attached.

    I have contacted the company with the badge letting them know, it was not working.
    The company has referred me back to WP; and quoted the advice given to them from WP states the use of the Enhanced Widget Text; should allow the badge to work.

    I am using the Vogue theme and wondered if there are any conflicts with this theme?

  • what is the code they provided,
    and did you test the code with another theme?
    can you insert the badge in your media, and try it that way?
    perhaps cross domain images are not allowed ?
    can you provide the code so others can test it?
